So I've opted to pursue the NOOK HD+ instead. Because it has so much flexibility, and I hear one can share NOOK books with another through the "borrow book" system or some such thing. I really don't know much about NOOK, but I know more about NOOK than I do about Kindle. So my first question is this; how many of you, my watchers and friends, actually own either the Kindle Fire HDX or the NOOK HD+? While I do know that the Kindle Fire HDX is a viable option for use as a drawing tablet by friend-recommendation, this is actually one of the few things I don't know about the current NOOK that I feel I should know - you know, before I buy one.
So what's up with the NOOK HD+? Does it have a usable paint app that can do layers and stuff? Sort of like GIMP but with better tools and other... stuff? Let me know in the comments!
